Licensed Psilocybin Facilitation Services

for Albany, OR residents & visitors

Who We Are

Launched and licensed in 2023, Life Trek, LLC provides facilitation services for those seeking psilocybin, commonly referred to as “magic mushroom,” experience. Per Oregon state law, people wanting to try the hallucinogenic fungus must go through what is called a “facilitator” who is trained to guide the participant through the process.

You can think of your facilitator as your coach on this journey of self-discovery. Our goal is to educate, demystify, help you through the administration process, provide support while you are under, and finally to help you make sense of your experience and apply your insights to your life.

We facilitate integration for clients following psychedelic experiences legal in the state of Oregon.  Integration services can be done in person at our office or online through a secure video platform.

Disclaimer: We do NOT sell psilocybin products. Per Oregon state law, facilitators and service centers have distinct purposes. Facilitators, such as Life Trek LLC, guide you through the process and are necessary to legally partake in psilocybin. Service Centers, such as Inner Guidance Services Inc., strictly control the product itself and deal with consumer sales and processing.

Your Wellness Journey Starts Here

Who We Serve

Your mental wellness journey is a lifelong endeavor. We aim to supplement that endeavor with our facilitation services. We regularly see clients of all adult ages (21+) who are seeking the benefits of psilocybin.

Life Trek, LLC works in conjunction with our business partner, Inner Guidance Services Inc, located in our same building. We are able to extend our services to other service centers with an additional fee.

We assist many people in their journey. Military veterans seek our services regardless of their age or combat experience. Assault and abuse survivors often find our services help in processing trauma and tackling negative thoughts and anxiety/depression. Members of the LGBTQ+ community seek our affirming services as part of their journey of regaining control over their lives, often marred by familial and societal traumas.

I am an able-bodied, cis-gendered, caucasian, male and I live on land once occupied by the Kalapuyan people. I was born and raised in Oregon and am passionate about all types of mushrooms. I am honored and excited for the opportunity to work with this powerful medicine.

I have a science degree from OSU, and have worked in laboratories and Quality Assurance in the Food Manufacturing industry for the last several years of my life. Food: cooking it, growing it, and eating it, has always been a passion. A lot of my creative expression comes from the kitchen.

Oregon is my favorite place in the world, playing disc golf at one of our beautiful parks, hunting for chanterelles in the coastal forests, or tubing down the Willamette River, I love Oregon and am proud to call it home.

My experience prior to finding psilocybin services has been in healthcare. Initially, I worked as a nurse assistant and for the last five years as an ICU Nurse. I grew up on the coast in Newport but have made Albany home.

I have a personal commitment to my clients to provide a safe setting in which inner potential can be discovered. I specifically hope to be a safe haven for clients of all backgrounds and professions to be able to explore psilocybin without fear of workforce retaliation. Creating a safe container for your psilocybin experience will help you begin your psilocybin journey with the knowledge that client/ facilitator confidentiality is of utmost importance. I am honored to be a part of your experience, and I look forward to facilitating you in the near future.

My Professional Background: I have been a bodyworker and instructor of meditation and breathwork since 1991.  I have traveled the world discovering healing modalities from a variety of cultures. I have had a massage practice in Corvallis since 2020. I use a combination of meditation and breathwork from my training in Watsu, Shiatsu, and Amanae.  I received my license in Psilocybin Facilitation  April 2024. I have a deep connection to the deep properties of psilocybin.  In 2000 I went to Brazil to study Shamanism, which is the path of self-discovery.  I have walked this path of the night of the dark soul and believe it is a privilege to support others in their healing process.

My Mission: I would like to create a healing community for veterans and their spouse’s to thrive and provide them with supervised access to psilocybin treatments.

My Personal History: I was born into a military family.  Both my grandfather and father served in the Air Force.  My husband was a veteran of the Coast Guard.   I have a deep commitment to serve my community to the best of my ability.  I was drawn to the healing properties of psilocybin for my own grieving after my husband committed suicide.

My Favorite Quote is an excerpt from James Meyer’s Live Like You Mean it:  Reimagining Your Purpose and Vocation, summarizes my belief system: “Each of us needs to bushwhack our own trail up the mountain of life that leads  to spiritual awakening and, with it, true meaning.  One of the greatest barriers to living a life of meaning is the false notion that our purpose will come to us as a revelation rather than through journey and discovery.  We have to be pilgrims walking the path, getting dust in our throats and blisters on our feet.”

My interests while not working are to be creative through art and gardening.  I love going to museums, botanical gardens, hiking and the serenity of the ocean.
